I specialise in helping wellness studios bridge the gap between their physical atmosphere and their digital first impression.  


Often, a studio’s website features a mix of high-res shots and low-quality iPhone selfies from various teachers. This can unintentionally dilute the premium feel of your brand.


I’d love to propose a "Collaborative Photography Session" for you and your wellness teachers.

How will it work?


A Collaborative, easygoing, group session that allows each wellness teacher to shine and also enjoy a morning of mini wellness sessions - organised and facilitated by me.


Time saving, money saving, but maximum fun and beautiful photos.


Planning:


  • What to Wear guide for all attendees to compliment your studio aesthetic
  • Fully managed session & designated time slots for each attendee
  • WhatsApp group for all teachers - easy communication details of the day and queries.


The flow of the day:


  • A relaxed session We gather, chat and get comfortable
  • Their time to shine Each yoga teacher has a designated 10-15 minute slot to practice their favourite flow whilst the others enjoy the practice
  • Pause and refresh Once everyone has had their turn teaching, we take a break and refresh
  • Solo photos I then capture a natural headshot and/or a specific pose for each teacher
  • Studio Photos showing the space and size of your studio in all its glory


Resulting in a stunning gallery of diverse, high resolution photos, of your studio and the teachers that practice there.


Photos will be available 2-3 weeks after the session via an online gallery, with instant access to all the digital downloads - suitable for website, print and social media.


Depending on the structure of your studio fees/classes, there are couple options.


If the teachers usually rent your studio hourly, and are hoping to use the photographs for the promotion of classes in other spaces, you may want to suggest:

  • Each teacher pays a fee, per head and have full use of all their images to use freely to promote their own classes. Prices starting from £89/head (minimum of 6 teachers)


If you manage the studio classes and pay the teachers a rate you may want to consider:

  • The Studio pays the session fee (prices from £495) and teachers can use the images purely to promote classes in your studio. A teacher appreciation perk!


I am also happy to discuss a combination of the two, depending on what you think is fair for your teachers and your pricing structure.
